We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours & no shows will incur a 30% fee of the booking value. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. This ensures our stylists’ time is respected and availability is fair for all clients.

Do you offer consultations?
Yes we offer complimentary consultations so we can assess your hair, discuss your goals and recommend a plan.

How do I book?
You can book online anytime or call the salon during opening hours.

Can I change my appointment?
Yes you can reschedule outside 48 hours. Inside 48 hours, please call us directly.

Do you take deposits?
Yes. Deposits secure your appointment and are applied to your final service. Phone bookings require a card authorisation to secure the appointment.

Do you specialise in blondes?
Yes our colourists specialise in blonding, balayage and lived-in colour.

Can I go blonde in one session?
This depends on your starting colour and hair condition. Some clients require multiple sessions for safe, healthy results.

Do you offer colour correction?
Yes. These appointments require a consultation first.

What is the difference between the two?
Nanoplasty smooths, reduces frizz and keeps natural movement. Chemical Straightening permanently restructures the hair for a straight, sleek finish.

How long do results last?
Nanoplasty lasts 4–5 months. Chemical Straightening is permanent, with only root retouches required.

Are these treatments safe for blonde or coloured hair?
Nanoplasty is suitable for most coloured/lightened hair. Chemical Straightening requires consultation to ensure hair integrity.

Do I need a consultation?
Yes all extensions require a consultation for colour matching, suitability and pricing.

Will extensions damage my hair?
No. When applied and maintained correctly, extensions will not cause damage.

How often do I need maintenance?
Every 6–8 weeks depending on hair growth.
